I pay bills with the app and when I select the date and select it, it says that day is a Holiday, I have to try dates going back till I find one the system will accept. They should grey out or not allow selection of the date. I waste time with trial and error. Every time you complete a field you hsve to wait for it to updaye before i can go to the next field. I spend a lot of time waiting. Also when paying bills for every entry it has to cominicate with the bank and wait for a response.

very difficult to use on an Android device. most egregiously, I misplaced my debit card and wanted to lock it overnight, but could not find the control and the app kept glitching when I tried to go to my card settings. Extremely frustrated with the overhaul.

Why do they feel the need to change things that dont need changed. The new app is so much slower and overall worse. This isn't a knee-jerk reaction. All the people I know that use it dont like it either. I used to be able to transfer funds quickly. Now, it takes a minute or more. The loading is everywhere and slower, too.
