Unfortunately, for technical reasons it was unavoidable to retire the old app you loved. Therefore we had to develop a completely new app. In the first step, we focused on the functions that were used most frequently in the old app, primarily submitting documents and the mailbox. Some sub-functions, such as scanning barcodes or displaying the processing status, are already being planned and will be added over time - we know that these functions are important to many of you. At the same time, we are already diligently working on your feedback and developing solutions for the problems reported to us.

• Simple and secure access to delivered documents including invoices via the mailbox - 'Inbox' tab in the app
• Easy and quick access to your submissions and receipts via the mailbox - 'Sent' tab in the app
• Direct contact with your personal contacts
• Registration via biometric features or the app's own PIN
• View and change your personal information
• Request certificates for your contracts easily online
• Report damage conveniently online
