The app is really good. The products are very well compared to their prices. They are very affordable and they deliver very quickly. But there are some problems that occurs frequently, like the size option while choosing some cloths isn't appearing some times, or most of the size don't appear even if the size option works. Sometimes it says poor connection and don't show the product. I hope you work on it because I have been facing this problem for several months now.

I have been a regular customer of Meesho for quite some time now and while I generally like their service, there have been instances where they have failed to provide a good experience. Recently, I placed a regular order for groceries through the app, but unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. When I contacted customer care regarding the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory response. Even when I reached out to their grocery customer care agent, I was met with unhelpful excuses.

This app is not good at all, I just bought a product and chose 'all issue easy return allowed' and I paid full price after other discounts that did not include the 'only wrong/defect items allowed' discount at all. So, when I tried to return it, it says that only wrong/defect items are allowed or exchange is allowed. So, I contacted the help line no. and they told me they can't help. So, even though it's not my fault I have to suffer the consequences.
