Real-time notifications will keep you informed of your specialist’s ETA before they arrive, and their progress after the visit. To sign up, you’ll need your TruGreen account number from a previous bill or email communication.

Ratings and reviews

Extremely slow app when it works, but I've generally experienced it just never loads anything. Some apps have amazing 3d graphics, tons of stuff going on, and connect you to other users live... Flawlessly. This app has to read a bit of text from a 'database' and fails to do that. If 100% believe that every API request is manually fulfilled by a single person.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever had to use. Send messages that services have been complete that have never been completed... gives false arrival of times... And the chat option is absolutely abysmal, it is automated with robo response and deletes or duplicates responses and does not have options that actually apply to anybody whose questioning a service on any level.

Poorly designed app. I can't see what my $'s balances are after making a prepayment & when services are then rendered. I must call each time to find out bal remaining. You're developer should review & redesign this. I have both Lawn & the T&S & each should be handled separately, not just lumped together when 1 looks at their invoices. Not user friendly at. Plus it takes forever to load, just spins & spins, very slow. Also, agree with users below that's rated 1 or 2 stars. Just overall a bad app
