About this app

Bank of Palestine provides the Mobile Banking services to its customers to enable them to communicate with the Bank, manage their accounts, and execute various banking services through their portable devices, including smartphones and tablets, operating without the need to visit the Bank or one of its branches.
Services currently provided by the Bank through this service:
1. Self-registration using only your debit card information.
2. Inquire about account balance and details.
3. Inquire about the cards’ balance.
4. Settle credit card account.
5. Add balance to credit cards.
6. Stop a card if stolen.
7. Change your debit card's main account.
8. Transfer between the customer accounts.
9. Transfer to other accounts within the bank or internationally(must pre-define the accounts you wish to transfer to through the Online Banking service).
10. Pay bills for various services (mobile phone, electricity, university, etc.)
11. Pay to Friend within Bank of Palestine Group (Bank of Palestine - Arab Islamic Bank - PalPay Wallet), which is a service to transfer small payments for beneficiaries through their mobile phone numbers registered at the bank (without prior definition).
12. Check AlWasata Portfolio through the app.
13. Check and manage the new loyalty program PointCom.
14. Ana Ow Shatarti campaign.
15. Subscribe in the BOP saving campaign “Tawfeerkom”.
16. Transfer Loyalty Points to Cash in PointCom campaign.
17. Top-up the PalPay wallet (Mahfazati).
18. Pay to merchant.
19. Accounts Management ( Add - Close - Activate)
20. Become a BOP customer.
21. New Manage Beneficiaries screens.
22. Delete account/subscription option.

24. iBURAQ service to instantly transfer money in Palestine to any bank using an IBAN or Alias, or to wallets using a mobile number.

Ratings and reviews

One of the worst bank apps possible, keeps lagging, crashing, logging me out of my account and when i try to log back it doesnt let me, transferring money requires too many steps, the app itself is complicated and not user friendly, and ofcourse the're doing nothing about it. Customer service is also so bad that they just tell you everything will be back online in a couple of hours, even though it doesn't, i have been put into difficult situations because the app is under developed

Good but very complicated, many ways to ensure security but the way you follow is making everything so difficult which should not be the purpose of the app. My old device is suffering and I need to login to another device, it says"registered devices are exceeded" without reference to the solution.Should I always need to call the bank for everything. Other banks allow you to modify that from the settings on your main device by urself.changing phone no. means to go through long complicated process

It doesnt like my visa cash card with my account. In addition the bank charges a 5 dollars fee to issue an ATM card, insane and very ridiculous. Never heard of a bank charging for atm card, and if you want to withdraw your money, the bank charges you another 2 dollars per transaction to withdraw your own money. Extremely bad bank , i do NOT recommend at Alllllll. Not to mention hours and hours of wait time inside the bank until your turn comes then they tell youz sorry, wrong counter restart.
