This is a completely useless app. If you don’t open it for 10–15 days, it forces an update and then makes you log in again. In an emergency, who has time for updates and repeated login steps? The password reset process is slow and frustrating, so if you forget your password, you’re stuck. An app meant for urgent use should provide instant access, not unnecessary hurdles. Very poorly designed and unreliable. Totally disappointing experience.

absolutely horrible experience! when the pin you create is finally accepted & you click to check a document, an aadhar for example - it'll re-ask the pin you just created only to say 'invalid pin'. And god forbid it accepts the pin, it'll give you an error 'invalid user' & kick you out of the process. you'll keep going to the same loop over and over just to give up.

unable to get started after Digilocker app update I have downloaded & been using this app since 2 years, now after a new update of this application I cannot even open this app For example after I open this app shows 'Get Started ' option, if I click it goes back . even the documents which I added in this app ( My Aadhaar , Driving Licence,My Vehicle RC , PAN card) also unable to see now .
