평가 및 리뷰

사진이 갑자기 다 지워져버렸네요. 갤러리에 그동안 찍은 사진들이 회색으로 전부 되어있었고 선택했을때 다시 로딩하라길래 ok했는데 전부 사라졌어요. 아래 리뷰보고 설정 다시 변경했어도 사진 그동안 찍은게 전부 사라졌는데 꽤 오랬동안 잘 사용했던 어플인데 이번에 왜 갑자기 사진이 전부 지워진건지 설명좀 해주세요 덕분에 제 사진 전부 날아가버렸습니다.

갤럭시 S9+ 사용자입니다- 어느 순간부터 셀카모드는 검은색 화면만 보이고 카메라가 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 후면 카메라모드는 정상 작동되구요 . 혹시 몰라 어플 업데이트도 받았고, 전면 카메라 문제인가 하고 타 어플도 작동해보았지만 카메라 360에서만 이러한 문제가 발생되네요.

앨범에 있는 사진을 뽀샵하려고 갤러리 사진을 선택하면 (선택하는과정에서는 보이는데) 항목에서 삭제되어서 없다고 앨범에서 다시 로딩하라고 뜨네요.실수로ok누르면 핸드폰 갤러리에서 사진이 지워지네요...취소누르면 사진이 그대로 있구요. 무엇때문에 이런건가요?
