Ratings and reviews

Won't let me sign in to an app I have paid for for the last 2 years, so I just cancelled. Fix your app. I already uninstalled and reinstalled. It's junk. Edit: Going on vacation today. Just resubscribed again to use the app while I'm away. Same issue again. Keeps telling me to contact support. Why is this still an issue? I had a subscription for the month of May and used it then on a trip. It was fine. Now, we're back to issues.

Everything is slow, and nothing works. I've been using GoPro for 4 years. The interface is tedious and frustrating at its best. Sharing is a complete pain. Editing is the worst. Things rarely work the first time. I've used the app on multiple devices with the same result. I rarely even bother to bring my GoPro anywhere these days. Every time I open the app, I'm reminded why.

Used to be the reason I kept buying GoPro. 15 second clips, string them together, memory with music in minutes. This app freezes everytime i make an edit. Sound plays with no video. Can't edit. Trash even with subscription. GoPro is obviously resting on their laurels. They used to be the trend setters in action camera hardware and software, now features that worked for years just... dont.
