평점 및 리뷰

사진이 갑자기 다 지워져버렸네요. 갤러리에 그동안 찍은 사진들이 회색으로 전부 되어있었고 선택했을때 다시 로딩하라길래 ok했는데 전부 사라졌어요. 아래 리뷰보고 설정 다시 변경했어도 사진 그동안 찍은게 전부 사라졌는데 꽤 오랬동안 잘 사용했던 어플인데 이번에 왜 갑자기 사진이 전부 지워진건지 설명좀 해주세요 덕분에 제 사진 전부 날아가버렸습니다.

갤럭시 S9+ 사용자입니다- 어느 순간부터 셀카모드는 검은색 화면만 보이고 카메라가 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 후면 카메라모드는 정상 작동되구요 . 혹시 몰라 어플 업데이트도 받았고, 전면 카메라 문제인가 하고 타 어플도 작동해보았지만 카메라 360에서만 이러한 문제가 발생되네요.

계속정기결제해오면서 잘사용해왔는데 결제는2024년12월에됐는데 사진 찍으면 계속 다시결제하라고 광고가뜨고 다시결제하려해도 이미보유하고있는 아이템이라고 vip가될수없다고 나옵니다 직업상 사진을 자주찍는사람으로써 화가너무많이납니다 이리저리업데이트며 뭘다해보아도 도무지 안돼네요 빨리 다시 사용할수있게 조치바랍니다.!!!!!!
