DigiLocker is one of the most useful apps provided by the Government of India. It securely stores important documents like Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, and vehicle papers in one place. The interface is simple, document retrieval is quick, and the digital copies are widely accepted. It has reduced the need to carry physical documents and made verification much more convenient. Highly reliable, secure, and time-saving.

For past 2 months, me and my friends have not been able to login to this app. Because on any of the registered mobile number otp is not being delivered. even after waiting for half an hour. This problem has persisted for so long but they are not resolving it. due the same issue I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AS THEY VERIFY THE ADHAR AND PAN VIA DIGILOCKER, since otp is not being delivered, i am not able to login into this app and hence i am stuck and able to open a simple bank account.

Hello DigiLocker support team, I am unable to use the app because it shows a message saying 'security issue detected, and this device does not meet requirements.' I have downloaded the updated version of the app, but nothing has changed. Please fix this issue so I can use it.
