One day this app can be so good, it takes min a minute or two to buy a cellular data, and one other day it can be so damn annoying when I have stable Wi-Fi, not much amount of storage and even restarted my phone yet it still won't let me even take a step inside the app? I also have connected my OVO to the app then it somehow got unlinked? I'm also in this app more than 5 MINUTES and it STILL won't let me buy a data? I'm dead pissed about this app, been using for years, low-key still disappoint.

I hate this, the app always gives error and I can't even open the app and the reason from app bcs there's no internet connection, obviously I already have a package and have my phone data turned on. I've been like that for a few days, it went back to normal for a while, but then it went back to being like that again. JUST PLEASE FIX IT AND CHECK AGAIN, We can't do anything if the My XL app suddenly errors when we need something

worst application in history, worst experience, worst UI, and how they always constantly crash at the important time. oh the reason why i give the review only one star are my period is ended and when i wanted to pay the bill in the morning before go to work, guess what? the payment process using my usual Bank and also on usual digital wallet cant be processed. oh the joke is when you load the balance why the option of the amount are too specific? why cant we put the amount based our preference?
