Ratings and reviews

Very easy to report a breakdown but very difficult to get the app to recognise where you are on the map. I was in a car park in a town centre and it picks the nearest road to your location, in my case a good 200m away behind a long, high hedge. The app shows a blue dot where you phone is, but still puts your car 200m away. Then you get multiple notifications that "you have moved" and when you click "yes update", it seems to put you to the back of the queue. Needs work...

Doesn't work Just like Robert, I have tried many times to log in but with no luck. AA email confirms I have set up an account, I have verified my email, but still the app does not work! Have now given up and uninstalled the app. It transpires that the system was recognising a previous account which was not cancelled when I changed to another insurer. Surely the computer should be programmed to do this

Don't see the point in this app . Pretty useless if wanting to update anything other than your personal details . Even when it comes to viewing your documents , you have to sign in on a laptop or pc . Anything else you try to do doesn't have anyway to do anything yourself and you have to phone the call centre. Lucky for me , my time on hold was minimal and the rep was helpful . This app is pretty much redundant given the lack of access you have to do anything .
