Ratings and reviews

Very easy to report a breakdown but very difficult to get the app to recognise where you are on the map. I was in a car park in a town centre and it picks the nearest road to your location, in my case a good 200m away behind a long, high hedge. The app shows a blue dot where you phone is, but still puts your car 200m away. Then you get multiple notifications that "you have moved" and when you click "yes update", it seems to put you to the back of the queue. Needs work...

It's probably fine for calling for assistance, otherwise it seems to be little more than a platform to advertise the AA's other services. You can't change the covered vehicle in the app, you can't change payment details in the app... Actually you can't do those online either - you have to talk to someone and beg them to do it for you. It's like going back in time .

Doesn't work Just like Robert, I have tried many times to log in but with no luck. AA email confirms I have set up an account, I have verified my email, but still the app does not work! Have now given up and uninstalled the app. It transpires that the system was recognising a previous account which was not cancelled when I changed to another insurer. Surely the computer should be programmed to do this
