Ratings and reviews

The app seems to appreciate an occasional reinstall to rid itself of network errors. Would be nice if that didn't lose vehicle details. The app could usefully support Android Auto. August 2024 Update: location search remains completely broken so can't plan a route or find anything anywhere but current location. Even a reinstall doesn't help. It's been like it for weeks.

Unable to set up and log in. Had the old app, worked well. Told to update the app. Now it will not recognise my AA membership and the support line is closes at 4.45pm A case of if it ain't broke don't fix it. Edit. Thanks for the feedback AA. I have made an account, verified with the email. But it still doesn't recognise my AA Membership. Never had this issue with the app previously. And I can't contact you because you close you offices early.

Straightforward and user friendly, an ideal app if things have gone wrong on your journey. When I had a mechanical problem recently, and was stuck on a smart motorway, the AA was superb. I was safely transported with my wife to attempt a repair, and when that failed we were driven home with the car in tow. Excellent service, and I highly recommend the AA.
