Ratings and reviews

Surprised at how there are so many constant high ratings for one of the worst bank apps I've ever used. Imagine, you check the balance, and sometimes it shows whether you're maintaining average balance, and sometimes it doesn't. This is because every single screen in the app has so many inconsistencies so depending on which was your previous screen, the next screen is going to be messed up. What appreciation are people being forced to give here is something I cannot understand.

After the latest update (Jul 2024) many menu items are unusable and broken, reward transactions are not accessible. Additionally credit card reward points are updated only once every 2 months or so, and there's a high possibility of missing points which is a terrible customer experience. Moreover, the user experience when entering numbers is terrible, where the keypad overlaps over the input areas.

The App keep crashing and I can't even check my Transaction history. I uninstall the App and re- install it assuming the problem will resolved. It doesn't & now I can't even login to the App . The app instructed to disable wifi & I switch to a cellular network yet it doesn't beyond the home page. My cellular network is strong and it played YouTube video smoothly. It's frustrating solved it ASAP.
