CSEntry is used for computer assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) on Android phones and tablets. Hi dear i install CsEntry CsPro Data entry. I am facing a lot of difficulties while achieving the synchronization process. In fact when i lauch the app on my phone and i go to menu i Can not find the option Synchronization. I could find only "add an application" and some other items but nothing to do with synchronization. So what should i do to handle this. Thanks in avance.

App folder visibility issue After the recent updates of android 11, there is some difficulty to see the data folder from android device, this folder is visible via connecting with laptop. We need to delete practice data from device and manual backup

After android 12 update in our tabs and mobile we are having issue in opening the cs entry it crashes while performing survey might be issue with the audio record it just opens up the app and crashes hope it gets fixed .It Is crashing The mobile To Causes Hang issue Or Freezing issue.
