About this app

The mobile application of the Grudziądz City Card is a tool that allows you to:
1. Purchase of short-term and long-term public transport tickets;
2. View purchase history and apply for invoices for purchases made,
3. Informing passengers about news and changes in the operation of public transport;
4. Access to the current ticket price list available in the application;
5. Electronic submission of applications, including:
5.a. Options for non-logged in users: application for a physical city card or Other applications;
5.b. Options for logged in users: Discount registration, application for issuing a physical city card, Application for issuing an invoice or correcting data, Transaction complaint and Other applications;

During ticket inspection, the holder of the Mobile Grudziądz City Card is obliged to present the QR code in the application to the controller.

The application additionally offers an interface available in 4 languages ​​(Polish, English, Ukrainian and German) as well as the ability to turn on the high contrast option.

Note: a person registered in the Grudziądz City Card application can also log in to the website https://bilety.grudziadz.pl/ and a person already registered on the portal can log in to the application without the need for additional registration.
