We offer Same Day and Next Day Delivery inside Kathmandy. Our delivery is free inside Ring Road Kathmandu and we usually delivery within the same business day. For order outside Ring Road Kathmandu, we will charge Rs 50 if the total value of the order is less than Rs 2,000.

Ratings and reviews

Probably the best for grocery delivery in ktm. Their prices are usually same or slightly lower than nearby local stores. Delivery time is reasonably fast for delivery fee of zero inside ringroad. I would probably skip ordering on items that would melt or perish during summer heat.

You guys need to work on your app Ui and functionality. And should also offer cheaper price than local shops and faster delivery ! For eg. ability to cancel the order through app, payment system, clear information regarding delivery charge (for eg. In App description, you have quoted free delivery for order over 2000, but while talking to your representative, she said it's free delivery for order above 1500) All the best. Take it as a constructive feedback.

Free delivery is only for inside valley and they show products available on app but in actual that product is out of stock and while getting the product they replace that unavailable product on spot with bigger version of same product which is not good for budget shopper and delivery people are so bad at understanding location. I hope you will work on these issues and extra charge for delivery is not mentioned while checking out but they add it after confirming the order via call.
