I think this app will be better if there was some ways to be notified when the bus is heading toward the stop where you wish to be picked up. What'd be ideal is the ability to pin a location so you'd be notified when the bus passes the designated pin. It is frustating to have to constantly watch the map to know when to start heading towards the pickup location. Moreover, branch streets in the map doesn't seem properly integrated with street name. Also there is no fare calculator. Rest seems OK!!

Really appreciate it—has some minor issues but it gets the job done. But the main problem I have that stops me from giving it 5 stars is that it shows buses of different routes when I choose one specific route. For example, when I click Nagdhunga-Budhanilkantha Route, it also shows buses of other routes like Nagdhunga-Airport. Hope this gets fixed and team will work on other minor issues as well.

User should not be forced to make an account just to see what app has to offer. First let your user explore your app. As user i downloaded the app to plan my travel. If I need to book/buy ticket from the app then i am happy to make an account before that big NO. When this change is done in the app. I will consider to update my review.
