I signed up and then deleted my account immediately. They advertise their ai features after you sign up, which probably means anything you upload is sold to data conglomerates for gen ai training. additionally, they don't have a button to show your password when you sign up, and you only type it once, so I actually mistyped and had to reset it in order to delete my account. you lost me before I even got to try your product, Pearltree. Do better.

App is formatted terribly, slow, and continuously crashes. Half of the time it won't open and when it does it will immediately freeze and then crash. Once you close out good luck opening the app again. All of the progress I made saving, organizing, and collecting things have been for nothing. What a waste of my time. Why can't you give zero stars?

This app would be great if they just fix the continuous crashing every time you try and open the app. I downloaded it as an alternative to Pinterest, and I really prefer this setup—it's super basic, and you can even upload files! It's a really cool app/website and I could see myself moving off of Pinterest completely to Pearltrees if you just please fix the crashing.
