Fade In Mobile is a companion app for Fade In Professional Screenwriting Software for working with Fade In (.fadein) files. It is specifically designed to work with the unique interface and capabilities of your mobile device.

It takes care of proper script formatting, including standard script styles, and provides tools for quickly selecting character and location names, as well as for efficiently navigating your script.

Import/export using Google Drive/Dropbox/OneDrive to access your work on the go and sync your writing seamlessly with your computer.

Use the full or demo desktop version of Fade In Professional Screenwriting Software to easily import screenplays from any number of formats, including PDF and Final Draft into this full version of Fade In Mobile.

NOTE TO GOOGLE DRIVE USERS: Google has reduced access permissions for some apps like Fade In Mobile. You may receive a warning about being unable to access Google Drive. We are working on a new version of the mobile app that will address this.

Ratings and reviews

This seems to be Abandonware. The last update was years ago. I don't think they even advertise this product on their website anymore. It's still functional. The only technical problems I've had so far is that drive and Dropbox syncing have stopped working and the file type it saves in is an older version of the fadein format. For reading and editing its still the best screenwriting software on android, but I wouldn't recommend buying software after it's end of life.

This app needs to have a better interface and formatting when it comes to scripts. Also, being able to save mobile documents as files that can be imported into other programs like 'Final Draft', Word, etc. Would be a vast improvement. I shouldn't have a stroke trying to figure out how to get scenes I'm writing on my mobile app into my main desktop script.. please fix these issues.!!!

I am enjoying the app overall, however I've come across some kind of glitch where sometimes when I'm typing, the text editor scrolls upward as I continue to type. This is a bit frustrating. If it wasn't for this, I would give five stars easy. Can anybody help? I also can't get the app to work with onedrive, which is forced me to switch my workflow over to dropbox.
