This app shouldn't exist. It does nothing quickly or easily. So many times I've met a white page that just sits there and never loads. Also, I keep getting alerts that I need to upload my certification, yet there is no place to actually do that. Uploading photos was made extremely challenging by not providing guidance on the dimensions of the photo just resolution. So I'm submitting a photo that's only 1.5 MB and the limit is 5 MB, but is still not uploading. Or it's partially uploading.

I have no issues with the app. It's working perfectly fine. I'm able to add and make changes when needed. I can scan and redeem the vouchers. This has grown our business, and we're able to reach out to more customers than ever before. I highly recommend using Groupon as they have paid customers coming in, unlike other platforms (yelp) , showing you analytics, but there no guarantee that you have paid customers walking thru your door.

The ui elements and text is not responsive to the phone size. I need to side scroll to see the options. When I click through, it loads for a bit and then I'm presented with a blank screen. I downloaded the mobile app because the dashboard on the computer is worse. The left navigation covers the main area where you would begin creating the new campaign. Since it is mostly cut off it's impossible to start creating a campaign. These glitches made it impossible to create a deal.
