I've somehow lost all of the upgrades, coin doubler, etc that I've purchased over the past 8 years or so. I'm using the same Google play account I've always used, and I'm very unhappy I've lost access to everything I've unlocked. And no, I don't have access to any proof of purchases, etc. Really disappointed and will be uninstalling.

This game is one of the best mobile games to play to burn time, yet still feel awesome when you get a gadget or get a bunch of money in the free spin slots. The game is almost completely playable offline, the only thing you won't get is the strong arm machine, and maybe a event. the daily reward even works offline so basically the entire game is functional offline. this is such a fun game and there are high chances I will purchase something from them in a short amount of time. I love this game.

fun but flawed. tons of ads, but that doesn't prevent me from playing. What makes me consider dropping the app is the ads on top of the terrible tracking for missions and achievements. it's inaccurate and inconsistent and takes the wind out of your sails when you KNOW you've completed a mission, but the reward is withheld
