Cut the rope has been a staple in mobile games for a long, long time. I still love the game and if you're willing to spend the 10 bucks to remove ads then this game is perfect for you, but otherwise, the game has been completely over-monetized. I get through one short level and I get an ad for upwards of 15 seconds. I restart a level 3 times and I get an ad for the same duration. It's just followed the road of typical mobile games and I am NOT here for it. Great game, but way too many ads lately

Way. Too. Many. Ads! Seriously, every level redo and next level, ad. Get a power up. Just watch an ad. watch an ad to get coins to spend on cosmetics. If the game removes the ads when I want to replay a level, I'd play it more. as for gameplay, an okay physics puzzle game. Turn on airplane mode when playing it to not get ads.

Man, what a disappointment this game has become. This was one of the shining gems of early mobile gaming. Amazing experience, tons of content, no ads, $3 price tag. Came back after a decade to share it with my kids. After every single level a 60 second ad is forced. And now $10 to go ad free? This is a shell of its former glory. They've taken a superstar and turned it into a thinly veiled ad machine.
