This used to be a very good app. Simple to use banking info easily viewed, making payments and mobile deposits were simple. Now this new app is TERRIBLE!! Mobile deposits should not take 30 minutes to two hours to get the pictures "just right". Several months ago after two hours I gave up and drove to the CU!! This continued bad experience is why 1 star; extremely frustrated!!

Navigation, Features and Options are not as smooth as other banks, in my opinion.

Intuitive, responsive and refreshes quickly - was a little tricky initially accessing it (never had so much trouble logging on!) But is my favorote bankong app as the user interface is very uncluttered and straightforward.
