Ratings and reviews

Works fine. I wish I could navigate by folder instead or artist/song/album because if more than one artist is credited on an album, it breaks it up. This means if you search by artist and pick an album, you won't hear the whole thing - just the songs where they have exclusive credit. You have to do additional searches to find the rest of it. Kind of annoying. That being said, for what it does, it works. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars

I've used this player on many devices for many years and I love it. It easily handles the 50,000+ mp3s I have on the SD card (phone & tablet). It's well organized & easy to use. Amazingly easy to create playlists. However, lately the ads have become intolerable. I will gladly pay for ad-free. I've searched the app, and see no option for ad-free. PLEASE help me with this. I've checked the JRT Studio website, and see no support email for this particular player. The ads have got to go!

I've had this app for quite sometime and never had any issues, until recently. Now all of the sudden in the middle of playback of a song I've played a million times before without issue, it will freeze/pause the song and tell me it cannot play this song. This is happening randomly like every 3rd or 4th song and it's very annoying. UPDATE** I received assistance and now the player is working great again! Thank you!
