The app's UI is very nice. Easy to find important information. But I am annoyed about the service's lack of stability. Sometimes the QR bill scanner does not work (sometimes it does). Sometimes it's not possible to login. Sometimes payments abroad fail for no discernable reason. Sometimes a payment does not appear in the paid or future payments, despite the app saying that it was created with success (appears only after fully closing and opening the app). Wish that sort of stuff would improve.

Service is good, but the app feels outdated and insecure. You can’t even change your login PIN directly. You have to request a letter, during which your account is unusable. Worse, the PIN arrives plainly visible, so anyone who opens your mail could read it. There’s also no virtual card for safer online shopping, and support relies on email instead of secure in-app messaging.

if you are looking for reliable bank, that's definitely not the one. I am not able to pay or withdraw money for the whole day now. This happened already 3 times this year, being stranded in a restaurant or a shop is definitely not a good experience. plus I emailed the support and they just don't seem to care about it...one of the worst, 0 stars.

Hi Miha, we’re really sorry for your experience. We take this seriously and have already fixed several bugs that caused issues like the one you described. Last Friday, an unusually high number of transactions led to processing times of up to 3 hours. That’s not the standard we want, and we’re actively working to improve it.
