Locate the nearest scooter in the app, scan the QR code to unlock and start riding
End ride and pay online

Safety Rules:
Age 16+ only
Don't double up, 1 rider per e-scooter allowed
Protect your smarts, wear a Helmet
Bikes Lanes are the place to be
Use on low-speed roads under 30 km/hr
Always park carefully in the designated parking areas, non-compliance can attract fines from the RTA (Dubai)
Watch out for the street signs and stop signs and be mindful of the pedestrians.

Such a bad app. Always battle to get credit loaded, and the app always lags or crashes. Didn't think it could get worse, but then did ride with friends. This makes it even more frustrating and totally unusable. Will be uninstalling and reverting to my old trustworthy provider at Lime. Thanks for wasting my time ARNAB.

BEWARE SCAM. This app allows you to take a non functional scooter and then not be able to return it, and will keep charging you for it. Customer service was not available, so I couldn't speak to anyone. Only a chatbot which just kept saying it couldn't understand

This is really bad. Tried to unlock a scooter at DMCC metro station today morning and the app said the scooter is unavailable. but the later when my card kept getting deducted is when I realized that the timer is running and I'm not able to even end it as I need to take a photo and submit to be able to end the timer. Tried calling their customer care and there's no one answering. Tried contacting their WhatsApp customer service and no one's responding.
