X3 Elite was designed with a simple, easy to use, interface which will let you Focus on your workout! A bright exciting look - No dark depressing black background in this app!


X3 Elite features include (but not limited to)
- Your Next Workout is... X3 Elite will remind you. Option to set reminder.
- Your Profile will show Your Next Workout, percent completed, and current program.
- Track your workout dates not calendar days (Life happens! Bend your schedule don't break it!)
- Are you following the modifiers? Track it! Intensity Level Normal, Modified, Mixed
Some days you have to modify to stay in the game. You are still moving forward :)
- Add a note, a Focus Point (yeah that's my phrase) to each workout. Rough day? Bad recup?.
- Rate the difficulty level of workout..
- Track the time you performed the workout. Ability to split double workouts days into AM/PM.
- View or export Fitness Reports for measurements and fit tests.


Track your progress with Focus Points*:
- Add photos to every measurement day!
- Record your measurements: Weight (Chest, Arm, Waist, Hips, Thigh)
- Total Measurements: Automatically calculates/tracks measurements to show overall change. *All measurements should be whole numbers or numeric decimal only - no commas. 25.00 not 25,00 - having trouble filtering some European keyboards.
- Share your progress!!! email/txt, etc., Be proud of your work!

***Initial database install could take up to 25 seconds (pause) on older devices. It took 15 seconds on my Samsung Note 3. I will be working on this. This is only on the initial install.*** If you have an exceptionally long install (pause of accepting User Agreement) click on Focus Points. If you have more than 8 items in Focus Points please clear app cache and clear data, accept user agreement again (pause) and everything should be fine. X3 Elite is NOT a finished product. Fitness Reports will include the option to generated P90X3 Worksheets from your data, and eventually a complete report of your journey.

Future releases will include a better install, start over process, and reports.

Permission:

Ratings and reviews

Good enough. Allows you to track the different P903 workouts easily whichever program (Classic, Lean, Doubles, Elite) you're on. Also able to record measurements, track band weight if using bands, and set workout reminders. Water tracker a plus. The app, however, continually crashes when attempting to access the Weight Tracker & won't upload photos. Weight tracking ability is huge especially if paying for an app...even if only $0.99. Fix those two things and the app is perfect.

Buggy I was able to track my first workout, but wish it had a more visable save button as I lost everything at the end of the workout trying to figure out gow to get back to the main menu. Except for the initial body weight setup, the app will crash if you try to track your weight, and it doesn't seem like they are going to fix it. overall disappointed, pay out the a%% for beach body to get the work outs to shell out more for a buggy app that should have came with the program.

After the update app will not open. It automatically closes. Before the update the app worked besides trying to add your weight. Thanks to the developer for the quick response. Everything works as advertised! I hope the developer creates a T25 & Liftt More app.🤞🤞
