Not mentioning the 1000 euros deposit which was taken automatically and no cancelation option, they took 295 euros for only using faster highway which cross to another country for a while. and because the amount wasn't available in my bank account they took 45 euros penalty and locked the car until I paid the 295 euros. was too bad experience. will never rent again

Booking and unlock process work well, overall no issues. One big complaint is the way they handle the Kaution. It's more than 1.5 months now and I'm still waiting for it. In the app it says it's automatically returned, but you actually need to request it manually to start the process, which is ridiculous. Please improve that process, otherwise UX is good.

The van would not fill up. Also, the previous user of the vehicle did not fill up the van. Therefore, I was asked to fill up the van just after first unlocking the car (checking-in). Otherwise, an effective app and good FAQs. The van had no damage and smelt fresh.
