Never had a problem until last week where it removed my card details and now does everything through PayPal meaning I can't order an RFID card. I've reached out to customer service and haven't heard back in a week but besides that, pretty decent. I've had the pleasure of meeting 2 sales reps at 2 different charging sites and they're both just absolutely lovely.

I can't have google location accuracy turned on otherwise it mucks around with my wifi so opening up this apps asks if you would like to turn on accurate location to which I click no thanks but then that does absolutely nothing! It just keeps asking the same question over and over making this app unusable! Really need to fix this!

Evie charger at Ballarat, switched off after $0.97, then restart for $15.88, but charged $30 each time, which has not been refunded yet. App says no longer supported but still opens from Playstore, everytime. Charger at Flinders charged $30 for $14+. Still no refund and real amounts have not been charged.
