Extremely poor customer service. I have had an ongoing issue for over 12 months now (updating my email address), they either ignore my correspondence, or when I finally speak to someone over the phone, they ask for docs etc. Once I comply and provide whatever needed, I get a new agent with different requirements. I don't recommend their seevice at all

Course of sales and full market depth now included so revise to 5 stars. I'm finding that everything else works very well and could almost fully substitute it for the PC app if I was inclined to. Would like to see the charts work a little better, starting with remembering to show 1000th decimals and not keep rounding to 100s each time I open it. But they are still great charts for a phone app!!

The app works for most things, but the technical support was basically useless when I needed it (app won't open pdfs). When contacted, IT support predictably asked for the usual suspects : app version, phone version etc. My replies invariably went into the email black hole, never to be heard from again. I'm seeking another broker if they can provide this broken functionality.
