Ratings and reviews

Extremely slow app. Charging points appear and disappear depending on the zoom level of the map. A lot of times when you click on a charging station, it just says 'undefined'. How am I supposed to plan a trip with this? Also no history of charging sessions available. So you're essentially blind regarding your energy consumption.

Latest update means that I can no longer set any kind of charging schedule so I am unable to take advantage of off peak charging, the main benefit of having a home charger. AI support bot supposedly logged a support ticket but nothing showing in the app.

I've recently transferred to 50five from the Shell New Motion app, the 50five app is constantly freezing, won't allow me to change charging schedules and works intermittently. This is having a detrimental effect on my ability to use my home charger, please can this be resolved.
