When you recharge online using sadad, what you loaded doesn't come in right away, you have to wait a few hours before going in or you need to go to their office to activate it immediately, what if your gocard doesn't have a balance and you don't have cash, it happened twice to me my god! the goCard balance not always updated. Useless app

App is very very slow and data consuming. I don't know what happens in the backend, it takes minimum 80-100 mb for a simple run or query of card balance. Needs serious optimisations

It's a data eating app, if you check your go card balance via this app it will eat 100-200 mb data, didn't understand why it consuming more data, developer must to be seriously look about the glitch and fix this ASAP. Thankyou 🙂
