WARNING: The differences between Pro and Max are not well-defined. I bought a full year of Pro only to discover I wouldn't be able to access 95% of the content on desktop. So essentially a waste of my money, as I couldn't combine my own the go learning with my computer, where Id actually be practicing. Separating Pro and Max into two different categories is misleading, and frankly a bit scummy.

Very cool concept, but unfortunately its Pro subscription is just an appetizer for the much more expensive premium subscription. This wouldn't bother me if it wasn't for the fact that you cannot use the Desktop version past the introduction without it, not even for projects, which to me sounds like a very fundamental part about learning how to code. Locking such a basic thing behind a higher tier feels very dishonest, like they don't even care about whether or not you're actually learning.

Duolingo, if the green bird decided to code. For real tho, Mimo is great, teaches you most aspects of HTML5, CSS3, JS, Python, etc etc… All from beginner to slightly advanced, enough to launch you into the programming world. There's two things that make Mimo NOT perfect, and it's: the fact that the full courses are not available for PC, and a really annoying bug that makes the Android cursor move to the start of the code, so you end up mistyping. Do I recommend Mimo? Yeah, if you're a beginner.
