There are no good ways of filtering/classifying the courses you bought. Main menu exists only in the main screen; if you engage yourself in a long search for courses and, for instance, you want to go back to the courses you bought, you have to keep hitting back on your phone until you reach the home screen -- why not have a home button visible all the time? Also, after you buy a course, there's no way of seeing the instructor's profile, which is useful if you'd like to see all of his/her courses

First of all, I have used a credit card to pay my last purchase and it didn't go through. I have tried with several other cards that I had used before with the same platform and nothing. I opened a claim and someone sent me an email saying that there was everything okay, therefore no existing error was found from their point of view. And if it wasn't enough after my claim come back with an unexplained issue, they turned my brazilian account and currency, Reais, into Euros with no explanation.

I've been using Udemy for a while now, and while the platform has a vast array of courses, I've struggled to understand some foreign tutors' accents and language nuances. Since the app is widely used in India, I think it would be fantastic to have more Indian tutors or courses tailored to the Indian audience.
