From the various reviews, alot of people still have app & pay issues. When you reach customer service you have to keep repeating all the various issues and steps that have been taken each time you have called in to try and fix them, and that never worked. The same info is repeated continually, time is wasted, and nothing is fixed. Support is unable to help people manually who have app issues. Can no longer use the app. They should get a basic crm system, & payment processor that actually works

I have tried multiple times to log into the app without success. I sign in with my email and password, then the phone number verification page pops up. I enter my number and the code never arrives. I have tried two different numbers, uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, and no code ever comes. The funny thing is I have received 2 text messages regarding cleaning jobs available BUT I can't log into the app and accept. I have wasted too much time already so deleting the app!

App is easy to use and payment comes in 3 days after I complete a job. I think it’s worth checking out
