Recently, for the past month, I haven't been able to access my account and am unable to pay my tithes. I put in the right number and email, but I don't get the code. Even before I got out of my account, the app or website wouldn't let me send any money. And I'm fully aware the issue is not from my end cause I checked.

I love this app and what it offers but it's bugged and I can't access my account or church or anything. it just defaults back to the home screen

👍 I have personally been using this app to electronically pay my tithes since the effects covid. I wanted to be the First to try it. I downloaded the app followed the instructions. And have NEVER had a problem. It's been over 3 years now. I've used text to give as well with the number provided to the congregation to make those contributions during service. The number was inactive 😔 on several occasions due to a system error ....however, that was corrected. BUT, every month my tithes paid!
