Ratings and reviews

This series (3 books completed so far) is an amazing read. I've reread these many times over the last few years. The author is fantastic at what they do. There's 4 romance options and many stats that affect how the story unfolds. The romance is an INCREDIBLY, FRUSTRATINGLY, slow-burn, with only mild flirting in the 1st book. However, I do feel the story is engaging enough that you don't really feel it as a big loss. Your choices are widely varied and affect the plot but not really the ending.

I don't often give five stars or write reviews but this time, I'll say this: this is the best book of the Choice of Games shelf. The writing is amazing and it's absolutely worth the price: I would pay much more and wouldn't be disappointed. Plus, the author is very active on tumblr and is answering a lot of questions as well as keeping us updated on her progress for book 2, which I highly anticipate. Take it, you won't regret it!

Addictive. I've still not gotten every achievement, but I've replayed this until I did every route and tried every romance (or none of them). The story is well-written, and for once I'm not at all frustrated with the choices presented; speaking of which, the stats that affect each choice could be a little clearer if I want to nitpick (but, really, the stats and what they do are very clear unlike other hosted/choice of games)
