Casino Taxi is proud to introduce the fastest, and easiest way to order a Casino Taxi cab in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The free Casino Taxi App is simple, easy to use, and provides real time information on the status of your taxi order. In as few as 3 clicks, you can enter your taxi request and immediately receive a confirmation of booking.

Once a taxi has been assigned, you will receive an instant notification letting you know the roof light number of the cab that will arrive shortly for you. You will also be able to view the location of your assigned taxi on the map (in near real time) as it moves towards your location.

The Casino Taxi App stores a history of your previous taxi requests (up to 30 days) allowing you the convenience of quickly rebooking the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

To begin using the Casino Taxi App for the first time simply:

• Download the free app
• Create your account (Email, Name, Phone #)
• Validate your account (via text message confirmation code )

To book a trip:

• Login to the app
• Enter your pick-up address
• Enter your destination address
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)

Ratings and reviews

App always freezes and crashes, extremely difficult to use because of this ongoing issue. it's been an ongoing issue for years, please have someone fix these issues. Also all of the cab drivers show up to the wrong address because it has the same civic address and is around the corner, extremely difficult to get service. Update: all permissions are allowed and accepted, it's just you have a terribly developed app that has never worked since it launched.

I am sick and tired of the App crashing... It crashes or freezes when I book a cab about 75% of the time. When no confirmations come through to my phone number, I restart the app and try again with more success. Then I have 2 cabs show up... with one yelling at me for booking multiple cabs... This has happened way too often I feel bad for having multiple cabs pick me up when not needed, and it's not in my control.

Like Uber, but quicker for the wee hours in Bedford. It's more expensive and you must authorize a payment in advance for the ride to the airport. I am not sure if the tip was added automatically, but it appeared on my receipt email. I don't remember hitting the tip button but I intended on tipping the driver in app until I saw it in the invoice. UPDATE: I don't like that being the default behavior. Tipping as an optional TAX doesn't make sense to me in general, but I want to chose to tip extra.
