11,000+ loyalty points disappeared when I got your app. Beyond upset is an understatement. That's a lot of money these days. I have been in contact with your customer service team once(!)after reaching out multiple times over wk. They've since dropped coms& have yet to put in any kind of resolution. I have proof of my points. The only a ghost product person is because of Sydney Cummings and not being able to use my points to put to that is unacceptable. Had NO problems on web before now screwed.

i saw that there was a loyalty badge for making a purchase online so that was my motive. Easy to download. It was clear i couldn't sign in with my web account. **unclear if i could use the same account to 'sign up' and link the intended purchase to my already arduous journey of acquiring points. I would leave more details of my frustrating journey, but I can only use so many words to say...theres a lot of room for improvement.

App doesn't work. I've deleted and reinstalled. I've tried clearing the cache. Every time I open the app it tells me there's an issue. I love the product and will continue to order, but apparently this app doesn't wanna work on my OnePlus 12 on Android 14. I've even tried to submit a bug report through the app and it wouldn't allow me to do it. Gave me the same error, thus why I'm giving it a bad review at this time.
