Needed this app to go to China. The verification process can take 15 minutes to nearly half an hour and sometimes you have to restart because the systems are busy. Once you go through that, you now have a QR code for someone who already has WeChat to scan. This can be difficult, especially because of the demanding requirements for the scan to go through, and also if you do not have any friends who have WeChat. Absolutely hate this app.

Ridiculous verification process. If you change to a new phone, your account will be blocked. And even the friend verification (which is already a ridiculous unnecessary step) doesn't even work! Cannot access at all. Customer support utterly useless. All other apps, customer support is super fast and helpful. Here? It doesn't even exist. On top of that, it takes up an insane amount of storage. What does it even need it for?

Awful app, have been trying to login by following provided steps but it logged me out after few days. Struggling to login again but so hassle that i uninstalled. Could not recommend 👎 Edit: my account is blocked, saying fraudulent activity. Care to explain? I don't even use it whole day. I don't understand why this app is so complicated. Regret to use it. Waste of time and energy
