Viber used to work very smoothly before. Sending messages, photos, files, videos, as well as audio and video calls were all fast and reliable. I’m not sure about other countries, but in Myanmar and Thailand, both the mobile app and desktop version have become very inconvenient to use over the past few years. Other than simple text messages, media file transfers and voice/video calls have been very problematic for a long time now. Voice messages often take a very long time to reach the other side

This program is unreliable. My latest issue was trying to make a phone call. I could hear the recipient, but he could not hear me. **The program just updated.** The program will not open now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program entirely and restarted the phone twice, no luck. I essentially started the whole sign procedure again like a new user. I thought I had succeeded, but alas, I didn't. Marvelous! Unless a miracle occurs, it's bye bye Viber.

Great For More Secure Chat I've found that application to improve over the years. Connection loss and reconnecting does very well. I communicate with the Philippines and their internet connections are less reliable. I like how you have to double verify adding devices to your account. One on the original of the new device and on the new device between the two.
