Ratings and reviews

There's a problem with the free shipping ad, the product says that you have free shipping but when you're in the cart, the app recharge you the shipping. Fix it and I can give a better rating to shopee.

What a terrible experience for the first time using Shopee... I've bought on Amazon for around 14 years and on AliExpress for around 8 years without any problem, and now I decided to use Shopee for first time and it's a complete joke. I don't recommend this marketplace, my purchase didn't arrive complete, only garbage and customer support doesn't answer my refund petition.

Disgusting app, a total scam. After arriving the product that is totally different, they deactivate the option of "refund". Asco de app, una estafa total. Luego de llegar el producto que es totalmente diferente, desactivan la opción de "devolución"
