Ok the controls need clicking more than once occasionally. But the storyline, characters, visuals and puzzles are really engaging. I like games that are like a book, they take you off into another world for a bit. The answers to the puzzles and the game itself is a bit quirky, 'outside the box' occasionally, but I like that. Spoiler Alert: My only gripe was that at last, we have a capable woman lead character who isn't there just for sex appeal, but then that is spoilt.

I've played this before and gave it a good rating, sadly on my second attempt I've had to edit my review. I cannot remember the controls being so bad!!! Multiple tapping then the action disappears from screen because you've tapped once too often?! I gave up after 10 minutes. It played much smoother a few years ago, so don't know what's happened here. Shame.

I wanted to like this. I also LOVE point and click adventure games. But the clunky controls, horrible writing, and bizarre sound quality and voice acting killed any enjoyment. I thought muting the sound might make it salvageable (I wanted to try it while listening to a podcast) but that didn't seem to be an option either. My 2 stars are for the gorgeous art style alone as it seems to be the only redeeming feature. *And for those reviewers comparing this to Broken Sword... No. Just stop.
