AutoGuard records various lengths of video, acceleration, latitude, longitude, and speed.

Very good app I'm using for years. However, sometimes when I get updates some settings get lost, which I realize weeks later. Also, I could not find how to change the recording start and stop sound. No documentation or help available though. Update on 13th May 2021. Since the last updates the app is no longer able to start automatically when it connects to the car Bluetooth. It always asks for confirmation "... are you ready ..." which I don't want. The app should start silently whenever it connects to the car as it was before. This is actually a killer feature I definitely miss and therefore I take one star down. Please restore it!

This once great app is now useless with the Paid version left abandoned at older versions of Android. There are so many times in the past I wish I had dash cam captured! Now I can. The biggest problem I have with this app is focus. Neither my Galaxy S5 or Motorola RAZR keep constant focus - they seem to be trying with the image going on & out of focus all the time. Otherwise a great app.

An excellent recording software if your phone can keep up, I have had this software for a few years and I like it. Summer can be problematic as recording in general will warm up your phone, that is not a slight against this software. I have historicaly run this on Samsung hardware and it runs just fine. I have recently switched to Google Pixel 8 Pro and I had to repurchase, however the GPS speed will not work unless I am running navigation in the background. Hoping that a fix will come soon.
