In the beginning, I was quite surprised at how useful the app was. I was not expecting such functionality. For a while now, I can no longer connect to the vacuum cleaner, probably due to the new firmware. Apparently, there is no support for vertical handheld vacuum cleaners anymore. Trying to reach customer support is pointless. There is absolutely no support from the manufacturer. It's like talking to bots. Rubbish products, bad services

This app is frustrating. It works and there is some sophistication to some of the functions, but a lot of very basic things are pretty bad. Contact with the device is often a problem. The device tracking on the map is extremely poor as the refresh rate is completely haphazard. Sometimes the device ignores what I asked for and it goes to the wrong place. Controlling the device is very rigid. There's no way to stop a program when the charge level is 100%, which is stupid. Bad app, sorry.

Difficulty trying to pair it and after pairing, app is not responding. HELLO APP CREATER!!!! CAN U DO A BETTER JOB OR NOT!!!!!!! Reviewed in May - strongly suggest don't buy this brand as the machines depends on this app to work effectively.
