Hello, my problem with the game is that i cannot get past the level 500, it is stuck and even though i have enough exp it still doesn't let me, how do i fix this problem? I really want this problem to be fixed so please contact me back about this, or i will have to delete this game since i would not have a purpose to play and continue playing on it. The worst game ever, I've just installed this app but it is not opening. I thought it was because I was offline, I switched to online but still it is not opening, I'm advicing everyone not to installed this app

when it came time to do my second class Ascension is it would not allow me to,I was level 190 and it was supposed to be unlocked at level 35,please help
