I really thought this was a legit app for trading crypto. It's so complicated to add money to your wallet. I got charged 5 times for a single transaction just because they keep trying to verify the "deposit hold charge", but instead I was charged both the verification charge and the amount I was trying to deposit, multiple times,when they tried to verify my account. The money never made it into the account/wallet after all that. I did get my money deposited back into my bank account, thank God.

I like the app though but the fact that one can't deposit easily into the app (account) is just sad, because the app is meant to have options like a bank card or transfer or crypto transfer or more to make it easy, not everyone can use Bybit properly and know how to transfer money into their Phantom account and sometimes the people who actually help in transferring sol or selling it do cheat someone sometimes. So please I would like you guys to look into it, it would really help a lot

tried this wallet out thinking it would be beneficial to add some crypto i couldn't access anywhere else to my portfolio. Unfortunately, this app is a huge scam, I have 3 transactions on my bank statement for $100/ each but only one went through. The notifications state is will not be charged, but the charges are already there. I went to speak with support, but apparently the chat is having "technical difficulties", which leaves me to believe this app is a complete scam.
