I really thought this was a legit app for trading crypto. It's so complicated to add money to your wallet. I got charged 5 times for a single transaction just because they keep trying to verify the "deposit hold charge", but instead I was charged both the verification charge and the amount I was trying to deposit, multiple times,when they tried to verify my account. The money never made it into the account/wallet after all that. I did get my money deposited back into my bank account, thank God.

bought $250 of a crypto, wallet disappeared from my profile. Showed up for 5 minutes 3 days later and disappeared again. there is a way to hide wallets, this is not what happened. there is no trace of it anywhere. wouldnt trust money on this app. No way to contact support, the email they have responds with "we dont use this email" and sends you to the website to talk to unhelpful AI.

Great wallet with built in coin swapping, browser extension for cross compatibility, and a chat function under each coin. It's a shame the chats can be filled with bots sometimes but they're quite easy to spot. Phantom is very easy to use and has a clean UI. Some of the advertised features like the virtual card aren't out yet. The graphs aren't as accurate and don't get updated as frequently as the candlestick charts you see on Dex, but it's good enough.
