Ratings and reviews

Extremely aggressive upselling. They quietly sold me a completely useless PDF for 10 euros without clear notice. I don't want to use a product where I can't feel safe. They take advantage of my focus on language learning for sneaky, small-scale pickpocketing. Would you like a few more alternative versions depending on the tone you want — for example, more formal, sharper, or slightly softer?

Immediately after signing up and choosing the English level, they want me to choose my plan, 9.99 for monthly, 3 49.99 for 6 months (with an extensive 3-day-trial, wow!), 35.99 for lifetime. I cannot leave the payment screen, so I suppose the app can't be used at all without paying. I'm sorry, but that's just absolutely useless for me. Especially with the longest trial period being 3 days.

Scam!!! Beware. I paid for my access for several months in March (over 30 €), now in May they charged me with 50 € (!) and I even don't know what for! There is no option to cancel the subscription in the app, the email address I registered with shows as "not recognised" (yeah, sure...) , you can't see how long and what for your subscription is valid. Keep off for your own safety.
